To book an event for your group, please complete the following: |

2) Once we have received your information, we will contact you to schedule a meetup in order to confirm your booking. |
3) During the meetup session, the organizer will need to sign a release/waiver form, provide the deposit and/or full payment in order to secure the booking. |

Please note that due to all fairness, your booking will only be processed when we have received your deposit and/or your full payment at a first come first serve basis. |

The price quote for any 2-hour racecourse: |
$30 per person; the minimum charge/deposit per group is $540. |

We need to receive your payment two weeks prior to your event date. For any immediate booking or delayed payment, there will be an additional charge of $50 dollar to your full payment. We can accept your payment in cash or in cheque only. |

3) During the meetup session, both team members must be present to sign a release/waiver form, provide the full payment, and have their picture taken to complete their registration. |

The entry fee for any 2009 event: |
$70 per person, $140 per team. |

The registration deadline is one week prior to the event date. There will be an additional charge of $20 dollar if your registration is received less than two weeks prior to the event date. We can accept your payment in cash or in cheque only. |
